I bought this specifically in order to have moldable option since I have small ears. Have found these completely un-usable. Very disappointed.

After trying every kind of ear plug available, a friend recommended these to me. They are the only thing that really shuts out sound. I have very sensitive ears and am a light sleeper to boot. These ear plugs allow me to get a good night's sleep. You have to be sure to mold the wax so that it completely seals the opening into the ear channel for maximum effectiveness. As they soften you may need to re-adjust them. They won't keep out noise 100% but I'd say if inserted properly it's about 90% effective. Well worth the cost!

I used to use the smelly foam earplugs. These are non-toxic, unscented, form to your ears. Just insert in the ear a few minutes before going to bed or roll around in your hands to make them soft. Then gently push in, and dream away in silence :)

I have been using Quies Boules since 1986. A friend recommended them to me. Then, as now, I worked the overnight shift. It was virtually impossible to sleep during the day because of all the noise inside and outside my apartment building. Quies Boules ear plugs have been a life-saver! They block out all the noise that might keep me awake. Months ago, the power utility company was digging up the street right below my bedroom window. The noise of the jackhammer was intense! I put a pair of Quies Boules and ssshhhh! I heard nothing. I slept like a baby. I cannot recommend this product enough. Also, I have a sleep mask I bought from Ear Plug Superstore that really blocks out the bright afternoon sunshine. Ear Plug Superstore is the best!

Bought these due to discomfort from foam ear plugs. These are ten times WORSE. Would like a refund.

Been wearing ear plugs for ages. Recently made a trip to Paris and forgot to bring my trusted silicone plugs with me. Went to a pharmacy and they only had ??natural wax?? plugs to offer me. I left thinking this crap will never work. Boy was I wrong! These work so much better than anything else that I be ever found. They last for so much longer too. One bit of advice…don’t forget to remove the cotton wrap! 🤣

I have never been able to wear foam earplugs for any length of time without my ears getting all itchy and irritated. Well these wax ones do the trick! They cancel noise and I can actually sleep in them all night comfortably. I do have to pinch off a bit of the wax to make them custom-sized to my ear, but that's the great thing about these - completely adjustable!

I read through many of the great comments, to see if it was necessary for me to leave a review; most of the reviews say what I think of Quies. I can only add one thing: I use one plug and split it in half. My ear canals are very small, as others have mentioned theirs are, and one plug per ear is too much for me. I split it in half, make the cone, and then flatten one end.The pointed end goes in my ear canal, and the flat end blocks the noise from the outside. Yes, they have to soften, yet, they often dislodge, yes, they last for a week or so if you keep your ears very clean, as I do, and yes, they muffle noise wonderfully without blocking it altogether, which, for me, would be too much. What Quies has over every other plug I've tried (to be able to sleep next to my husband's snoring) is comfort. My sensitive, small ear canals were in pain with every other type of plug. Quies isn't perfect, but it's best, in my experience.

These wax earplugs stay securely in your ears, and block out noise. I live in a very loud part of town, and have peaceful evenings thanks to Boules Quies. A must-get!

I live in an apartment, and I can't hear anything when I wear these wax earplugs (upstairs neighbor is a stomper and does laundry at 3 am; we also live next to busy roads). It's so amazing! Haven't had an experience with bass though. Also, these are soft enough that they don't hurt when you sleep on your side. They stay in most nights. When they do fall out, they only slightly dislodge (and stay in the ear area versus falling out completely). Very very happy I found these. All the foam ones were hurting my ears for the rest of the following days.

I have been using Quies since 1979 and have never found any nearly as good or comfortable. I cannot recommend these more highly. I wear these every night and easily get up to three weeks use out of a pair.

I've used this product for many years at bedtime. The wax confirms to your ear, and you feel nothing from them after that. Since my wife put up a noisy clock next to where I read, I've found these plugs essential there as well. The plugs are reusable until ear wax dirties them after a week or so, but they'll work even after that until they harden. While they do the job you want, you can still hear alarms and the like and usually that someone is talking to you even though you can't make out the words. I've also used them at loud musical events, fireworks, or the like. Noise pollution is real, and can damage your hearing irreparably.

I've been using these moldable wax earplugs for years. They keep the noise out and don't melt like other wax ear plugs. Very easy to use, just shape them into little cones and put them inside the ear. Then after a few minutes, press down to form a seal. Easy peasy! I wish they lasted longer, though. I only get about 2-3 wears out of each pair.

These work better than any nonwax earplugs I've ever tried, and well enough that I see no reason to check out any other wax earplugs.

These earplugs work really well. They are biodegradable and I can put them in my green waste after they get dirty. Each pair typically lasts me a week. The Ear Plug superstore has a good price and I always stock up.

these have been a life saver for life in the dorms. These paired with an eye mask is bliss on the weekends. I have one ear that is shaped funny and they are flexible enough not to put any undue pressure or some times i just seal the outside rather than inserting into my ear.

I've tried a lot of different ear plugs over the years, but these are the best by far. They are easy to use, I just warm then in my hand for a minute, mold into a thick hockey puck shape, and press gently into my ear. They block sound amazingly, (snoring, noisy neighbors, loud cars, SNORING) They are comfortable, don't make my ears too hot, stay put, and are easy to remove. I am hard pressed to fall asleep without them now.

Best plug by far especially for sleeping. Keep out the bird noises, cars, snoring etc. Highly recommend them.

Most comfortable ear plugs. I use them all the time, no others work as well or are as comfortable.

A must-have for noisy environments. Have been using them for decades and they're the best at blocking out noise. If you find them uncomfortable, give them a chance. I've gotten so used to the gentle suction effect, that I actually need it to relax!

There are lots of good things to say about these earplugs. In short, they do their job pretty well. They don't block as much sound as the silicone foam plugs that expand to fill your entire ear canal. But they block enough. These don't expand at all, but can be shaped to cover your ear canal. They stay put during the night. They are more comfortable than silicone plugs, which exert constant pressure on the ear canal. Because they are made from natural wax, there is low risk of an allergic skin reaction. The only downsides are, you have to have some kind of container to store them between uses, if you plan on using them more than once. And they're meant to be disposed once they become too grimy. In my opinion, you can use them more than once, though the recommendation is to use them once then throw them away. I think this is overkill. You can probably safely get a week's use out of each pair.

I have been using these earplugs for 20 year. I will wake up if a bird tweets, and these are a lifesaver. Hold them in your hands for a few minutes to warm them up.. then you can mold them to fit your ears.

I've been using these for several years. They are the absolute best because you can mold them to a small ear, the material is benign (beeswax), and they block quite a bit of noise (although, where I'm living, not all of it). They are a lifesaver.

There are pros and cons to these ear plugs. they are unlike any I've ever used in 35 years. They are not really cotton; the cotton is just a protective "wrap" around the wax that needs to be removed before actually putting them in your ear. The plugs are very tiny, about half the size of Flent's wax ear plugs. They don't have the oily or greasy feeling that Flent's plugs have, which is good. But they are very drying to the ear. I do like the fact that they stay in one's ear very well, so they don't fall out while one is asleep. All in all I give it about a 7 out of 10.

Simply the best product on the market, once they are warm they soften and fit exactly your canal, blow in your nose while pinching your nostrils to put your ears under pressure, push the Quies inside release the pressure and your are in world of silence....amazing
